  12. CRM — Customer Relationship Management: A system or strategy for managing and nurturing customer relationships, often through email marketing and personalized communication.
  13. KPI — Key Performance Indicator: Quantifiable metrics used to measure the success or performance of digital marketing campaigns and strategies.
  14. CTR — Customer Lifetime Value: The predicted net profit generated over the entire relationship with a customer.
  15. SERP — Search Engine Results Page: The page displayed by search engines like Google after a user enters a search query, containing a list of organic and paid search results
  16. A/B Testing — A method of comparing two versions of a webpage, email, or ad to determine which one performs better in terms of user engagement or conversion rates.
  17. UGC — User-Generated Content: Content created by customers or users, such as reviews, testimonials, and social media posts, that can be leveraged in digital marketing efforts.
  18. CTR — Content Marketing: A strategy focused on creating and distributing valuable, relevant content to attract and engage a target audience.
  19. CPA — Cost Per Acquisition: The cost of acquiring a new customer through digital marketing efforts.
  20. PPV — Pay-Per-View: An advertising model where advertisers pay a fee each time their video ad is viewed by users.
