Problem:
One challenge is that Instagram lacks a dedicated “like” button for expressing preferences or dislikes without leaving comments on videos or pictures. This absence of a simple feedback mechanism makes it difficult for users to quickly and effortlessly convey their feelings towards content they enjoy or dislike.

- To improve the user engagement with the app.

I cannot think of anything, I think people in my team might have some of the constraints, like personal issues or meeting the deadlines. Hence, it depends on certain factors.

Persona 1:
Name — Sita
Age — 22 years
Occupation — High School
Background & Pain Points:
- Sita, a 22-year-old content creator, shares makeup videos on her Instagram page.
- She is dedicated and posts videos consistently.
- Initially, she receives numerous positive comments praising her skills.
- Over time, engagement declines as it becomes challenging for people to comment on every video.
- Affection towards her videos diminishes due to this limitation.
Goals:
- Sita seeks a way for people to show their affection without commenting.
- She desires a feature that is quick and doesn’t consume much time for her audience.
- This feature would provide an avenue for people to express their support and motivation for her work.
- By receiving such affirmations, Sita would feel encouraged to continue creating content.
- The feature should be user-friendly and easily accessible on her Instagram page.

- Ankit, a 25-year-old man, is a passionate viewer of singing videos.
- He thoroughly enjoys these videos and attempts to sing along with them.
- Ankit is not inclined towards textual expression and dislikes commenting to share his feelings.
- He seeks a quick and effortless method to express his emotions towards the singing videos he admires.
Goals:
- Rather than expressing himself through comments, he prefers a quick and effortless method of sharing his feelings.
- Ankit desires an ideal solution that allows him to express his admiration in a matter of seconds.
- This solution should require minimal effort, ensuring convenience for him.
- Whether it’s a one-click reaction or a simple gesture, Ankit seeks a hassle-free way to convey his appreciation for the singing videos he loves.

Succes Metrics:
- Increase in user engagement
- Increase in user retention
- Increase in visibility/credibility

- Increase in the amount of content posted.

GTM Approach:
- Creating awareness through Youtube, collaborating with content creators, and asking them to create a buzz around this new feature.
- Playing short videos on Instagram where a heart pops up when a person double taps on a picture/video.
- In case, they want to spend money on television marketing, we can do that too, create an interesting, quirky ad and run them via television.
