Great article, however, it is good to mention a couple of clarifying question. Also, to understand what type of problem statement it is: Product improvement, Root-cause analysis or others. This type of information will help you to structure your approach and eventually will meet the expectations of the interviewer or the team. But, as you said you are in undergrad, it is good that you have the overall product sense :)
